This tool has changed a lot over time according to the business owners needs and desires.

As we now understand, the app's main purpose should be to allow users to customize and edit the business's loyalty elements and to allow them to add more customers to the club.

Assessing users reactions and behavior in this process over time, brought about some deep enlightenments:

  1. Make it easy for users by asking for only one action at a time.

  2. Try not to ask open-ended questions and let users choose from a small number of choices.

  3. By explaining why we are asking for specific information, we increase the chance that users will give a reliable answer, especially when dealing with private information.
