A single template for thousand different businesses
This mobile app started as a solution for small businesses owners, offering them an easy and customizable tool to create an app for their business without having to pay a fortune to programmers and designers.
After many encounters with small business owners, there was a growing understanding that their biggest challenge is getting their customers back, that is, turning their visitors into repeat customers.
This understanding brought with it the need to find the best loyalty solution to help businesses owners bring their customers back, again and again and again.

1. USERS & MARKET RESEARCH
Send your club members the right offer, at the right time, to keep them coming back
In order to understand how I can help business owners bring their one time customers into regulars, I wanted to learn the best loyalty solutions out there.
COMPETITORS
My research started with competitors in the shoe sales, coffee shops and restaurants that offer loyalty programs that encourage customers to return again and again.
PARALLEL
I looked for businesses that offer an app to their customers that incorporates loyalty features to convert visitors into regulars, both in physical and online markets.

2. VISUAL IDENTITY
Every business type and it’s unique brand colors
Everything can be customized
Business owners can easily change the app content, add their own images, adjust colors and fonts to their brand and a lot more. To make it work for each and every business, we came up with a color system that relies on the business main color and automatically generate a 5 colors palette that work perfectly all over the app.

3. CHALLENGES & INSIGHTS
How to engage customers for the first time
Give the users limited number of actions to get them start engaging with the app, offer them benefits for important actions you want them to do and make sure to inform them what they will receive for every action.
Make sure to display information that suit to the stage they are at (if it is their first time on the app, don’t ask them to share it with friends just yet).
